Respect all traffic and road safety regulations and drive in a relaxed and patient manner with other vehicles.
Do not go off the guided route. Remember that you will have a direct line of communication with the guide vehicle at all times for any incident.
We can pick you up in AMI or Twizy at your accommodation in the center of Malaga or meet you at our meeting point in meeting point at (Calle Guillén Sotelo,11) next to Malaga City Hall, whichever you prefer.whichever you prefer.
If you come by cruise we will be waiting for you as soon as you set foot on dry land.
Safety seats for children; ask us to add them to your tour (remember to let us know so we can include them for free!)

You just have to inform us of your age at the time of booking and we will add the one you need totally free.
Note: Babies from 0 to 2 years old cannot travel in our Twizies for safety reasons.

What do I need to be able to drive an AMI or Twizy? First of all, you must have a valid type B circulation permit. And the second thing is that you must be over 25 and have at least 2 years of license. |

Where will the guide be waiting for me with the vehicle? You have two options. If you are staying in the center of Malaga we can pick you up there as long as it is accessible by vehicle. Otherwise, the meeting point will be (Calle Guillén Sotelo, 11) next to Malaga City Hall. If you come by cruise, we will be waiting for you at the foot of the ship in the Port of Malaga. In addition, when confirming the visit you will have the contact telephone number of the guide for greater ease. |

I don’t like driving or I don’t have a license, can I participate in the tour? Of course! You can always come with a companion who takes the place of the driver or, if you prefer, we’ll take you. In any case, the price of the tour does not vary. |

I am traveling with small children and would like to book the tour, is this possible? Yes, you can come on tour with your little ones as long as they are over 2 years old. In addition, for safety and depending on the case, we include in your reservation the seats you need for free. We only need you to inform us of the age of the children when making your reservation. Remember that the price of the tour for children is the same as for adults. |

How is the deposit managed? Before starting the tour we will sign the necessary documents for you to drive the vehicle with all the safety guarantees (contract with the conditions of service, insurance, etc.). In addition, we will request a deposit of €300 that you can pay in cash or card. Don’t worry, no charge will be made. Once the vehicle is returned in perfect condition, we will deliver the amount of the deposit by the same means in which you paid it. |

If the weather is bad, is the visit cancelled? No way! In our fleet we have vehicles with windows to protect you from the rain so that you can continue enjoying the experience in total comfort. |

Do you have vehicles for people with reduced mobility? We are currently working hard to have vehicles adapted for driving in our fleet. In the meantime, you can enjoy the experience as a co-pilot. |

Can I take my pet with me on the electric vehicle tour? The Twizy and AMI are not equipped to transport pets safely, so we do not allow them on tours. |
