It is necessary to be the driving licence type B,

over 25 years, and 2 years old, to be able to drive the vehicle.

Even if you do not meet these requirements, you can also do the tour

as a companion of the guide.

Depending on the schedule and weather the route itinerary will be modified.

* The company reserves the right to modify the route due to traffic difficulties.

* In the event of an accident due to the fault of the driver himself, the insurance of the vehicle will only cover the damages to third persons, the own damages will be faced by the driver of the vehicle. To obtain a partial refund of 85% of your experience, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of the experience or within 24 hours of purchase. (15% of the reimbursement amount is retained for handling fees and/or payment gateway commissions).

You can change the date or time of your experience up to 72 hours before the scheduled start ( subject to availability in private calendar )

If you change the date of an experience, the cancellation policy will be based on the original purchase date and the original start date of the experience.

Electric Car Tour may cancel the experience if it believes that weather conditions may pose a safety hazard to travelers during or before the activity takes place. In that case, we will refund you the total amount, or the possibility to make the experience on another available date and time ( to the total amount of the reservation will be discounted the management costs and/or commissions, plus bank transfer charges )

If you must cancel your reservation due to an emergency, please contact us at hello@electriccartour.com . We may ask you to provide us with supporting documentation, for a full refund you must do so 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the reservation.

* Malaga Tour App

Electric Car Tour informs users that through the App Tour Malaga (available in google play store and Apple Store) no personal data is collected, except where indicated. The data provided through the forms or emails that appear on the web or App will be included in the files of the company to contact you and meet your request in the most convenient way.
